Change of mind before pick up or dispatch?

When you place an order on www.sue-e.co.nz, full refund will be provided within 7 days or purchase. Shipping cost Please note, this does not include customized orders. Please contact us as soon as possible. 

Please understand that shipping costs are non-refundable.

This is because once your order has been dispatched, the shipping service has already been provided and paid for, regardless of whether the product is returned. This applies to both the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs.

Change of mind after pick up or dispatch?

 Refund can be provided when all of the conditions listed below are met

  • The item/s must be in an unused, unopened manner and suitable for resale.
  • It can only be applied within 7 days of receiving the goods or picking up.
  • Goods need to be returned to Sue-e Furniture in Panmure or Sue-e Furniture in Frankton at buyers' cost, Sue-e furniture will not be responsible for any loss or damage occurred during the transit of the items. Refund can only be issued after the goods are received into the warehouse.

Faulty / damaged item?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item via transport, we can offer exchange of product free of charge. If the goods are picked up, you will need to come to the shop and exchange it. If the goods are delivered to your place, goods will be exchanged at our cost. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

What happens if you received an incorrect item/s?

Please contact our customer service at sue.e.auckland@gmail.com to report this issue within the 7 days upon receiving the goods. If the goods were picked up, you can come over to our shop and exchange it. If goods are delivered, we will exchange the goods at our cost.
